ZGJ160×400-II型振动给料机系我公司自主研发的新型专利产品，结束了我国该套设备依靠国外进口的历史，并于2007年获得山东省火炬计划项目认定。其******特点为操作简单，可远程控制，自动化程度高，并具有耐高温、耐内压、高耐磨、给料量无级调节方便、耗电小、性能可靠、寿命长、设备控制可靠，电机、机械都有防护装置具有可靠的安全性等特点。主要用于焦化厂干熄焦生产系统熄焦炉出口控制排料量，也可用于类似生产线。RZGJ100 * 400-400 - II, RZGJ120 II, RZGJ140 * 400-400 - II, RZGJ160 II vibrating feeder is my company independent research and development of new type patent product, end othe history of this set of equipment depend on import in our country, and in 2007 to obtain the Shandong Province torch plan project identified. Its biggest characteristic is easy operation, remote control, high degree of automation, and has a high temperature resistant, resistant to internal pressure, high wear resistance, quantificationally stepless adjustment is convenient, small power consumption, reliable performance, long service life, reliable control equipment, electrical, mechanical protection device has the characteristics of reliable security. Mainly used in the discharge mouth of coke quenching production system to control discharge rate in coking plant, also used in such similar production line.

本产品采用了调频电机和变频调速器，能够根据用户生产量的需要，改变排料量的能力，给料量在一定范围内无级调节。调速手操器有手动和自动两个档位，设定在手动档位，即可在控制柜上调节频率来改变给料量；设定在自动档位上，由PLC调节频率改变给料量，控制方便。

This product used frequency modulation motor and Variable frequency speed governor, according to the user’s requirement to change discharge capacity, feed quantity can be adjusted without degree in a certain range. The speed control manipulator has a manual and an automatic gear. When set in manual gear we can adjust frequency on the control cabinet to change feed quantity. When set in automatic gear we can adjust the PLC frequency to change feed quantity, both methods are very conveniently.

采用密封罩体动静隔离形式，密封罩体用波纹补偿器与干熄炉出口和中间溜槽联接，波纹补偿器仅作热补偿，密封罩体用隔振密封软硅胶板与振动给料器联接，软胶板平面法线与振动方向相同，可起到良好的隔振密封作用，又使波纹补偿器不受非轴向振动力的干扰。

 The seal cover body used moving and motionlessness isolation type, the middle chute connected with the corrugated compensator and the discharge mouth of dry quenching, the corrugated compensator is only as thermal compensation, the seal cover body used isolation vibrating seal silica gel plate connected with vibrating feeder, the direct of vibrating is as same as the normal to the plane of the soft silicon rubber plate , so it can play a good affect of isolation vibrating and seal, meanwhile the corrugated compensator will not be disturbed by non-axial vibrating force.

  所采用的软硅胶板为耐高温材料，工作温度可在≤250℃工作环境条件下长期连续运转。

   给料机内衬板为氧化铝耐磨陶瓷，并用紧固件紧固耐高温粘接剂粘接，进口导流槽采用高铬耐磨铸铁衬板，适应于与焦炭一类强腐蚀、磨损大的物料的接触，比一般给料机的使用寿命长。带有移动支座的结构形式使维修更加快捷方便。
